Hutt City Council operates the following Council Controlled Organisations (CCOs). These organisations independently manage facilities, as well as deliver services and undertake developments on behalf of the Hutt City community.


Seaview Marina

Seaview Marina is Wellington's newest and fastest developing marina, situated at the sheltered north-east end of Wellington Harbour.

Wellington Water Management Limited (WWML) (Operating name Capacity) manages the water assets and provision of water services to its shareholders (Hutt City Council and Wellington City Council).
