The Council provides customers with access to all services by telephone through the Customer Call Centre, in person at the Customer Service Centre, or at any library.
You can also contact us by email through email us, by letter or using one of the pre-printed Fix-A-Grams available online , available from the Customer Service Centre, at any library or from a Councillor.
Fix-a-gram is a handy way of telling us about any non-urgent requests you may have for our services or a way of telling us of any comments, complaints or compliments.
