If there are Hutt City Council matters which need URGENT service such as newly formed pot-holes, broken tree branches, blocked drains, flooding or broken water mains, you should phone or fax Council straight away.
You can tell us about less urgent matters by using this form. Please explain details clearly in the space provided.
You will receive an acknowledgement to your fix-a-gram within five working days.
Fix-a-grams can also be obtained by calling the Customer Call Centre or from the Customer Service Centre or your nearest Community Library.
