The second (and final) round of public consultation for the Jubilee Park and Percy Scenic Reserve Management planning process has closed.
Submissions (13) have been received and analysed and the results have been used to propose changes to the draft management plan. These proposed changes will be considered by the Strategy and Policy Committee on 8 July 2009.

Once you've seen these documents at your library, if you still feel you need to own copy of any of the documents, please contact Kelly.Crandle@huttcity.govt.nz. However please be aware that these documents consist of many hundreds of pages.
The timeline set out below indicates the process that has been followed to produce and adopt an approved plan:
March 09, Draft Reserve Management Plan released for consultation purposes
March - May, submissions received
May - June, Officers and Parks and Open Spaces Management Consultancy collated submissions and reworked Draft
8 July, Strategy and Policy Committee considers the reworked draft alongside the submissions
Late August. Present final version of Reserve Management Plan and submissions to Minister of Conservation for consideration
Late 2009 Approved version of Reserve Management Plan goes “live”
Once Minister’s approval has been gained
