The Hutt City Council gives notice in accordance with section 138 of the Local Government Act 2002 that it will consider a proposal to dispose of up to nineteen sites along the Eastern Hills behind Naenae, Epuni, Waterloo and Waiwhetu as shown in the plan outlined below.
Final decisions on each site, following consultation, will be subject to detailed geotechnical and engineering investigations to determine viability.
