The Hutt City Council hereby gives public notice under section 24(2)(b) and 119(1)(b)of the Reserves Act 1977 that it intends to consider a proposal to revoke the reservation of three areas of land, described in the following schedule, to enable the land to be sold and the proceeds to be transferred to the Council’s Reserves Purchase & Development Account for the improvement, development or purchase of other reserves in accordance with its Reserves Strategy.
The Schedule
- An area of 1,000 m2 more or less being part of Part Lot 1 DP 33067 held in Certificate of Title WN21D/849, situated at 11 Seddon Street, Naenae, being the former Naenae Park custodian’s house and grounds.
- An area of 920 m2 more or less being part of Part Lot 2 DP 24651 held in Certificate of Title WN48D/591, situated at 172 Whites Line East, Waiwhetu, being the former Te Whiti Park custodian’s house and grounds.
- An area of 1,100 m2 more or less being part of Part Lot 2 DP 24651 held in Certificate of Title WN48D/591, situated at 206 Whites Line East, Waiwhetu, being a former Council staff house and grounds.
