Proposal to Consider Disposal of Park Lands

The Hutt City Council gives notice in accordance with section 138 of the Local Government Act 2002 that it will consider a proposal to dispose (or part dispose) of the following areas of land managed as parks:

• 17A Kopara Grove, Stokes Valley
• 73 Holborn Drive, Stokes Valley
• 79 Holborn Drive, Stokes Valley
• 87 Holborn Drive, Stokes Valley
• Part of 94 Holborn Drive, Stokes Valley
• Part of properties (2) located at 151 Holborn Drive, Stokes Valley
• The property (Lot 180 DP 50762) adjacent to 186 Holborn Drive, Stokes Valley
• 51 Glen Road, Stokes Valley
• Part of property located at end of Delaney Drive, Stokes Valley
• Part of properties (2) located at the end of Harold Grove, Stokes Valley
• Part of property on the western side of Shaftesbury Grove, Stokes Valley

 

Proposal to Revoke Part of Reserve

 

The Hutt City Council gives notice in accordance with section 24(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977 to initiate the following proposals to revoke the reserve status of parts of the following reserves:

• Part of 238 Stokes Valley Road
• Part of 60 Eastern Hutt Road
