The Community Development Fund closes on the third Friday in April each year. Late applications will not be accepted. Please ensure your application is recieved by Hutt City Council no later then 4pm on the due date.
The Community Development Fund has been established by Hutt City Council to provide funding for not-for-profit organisations based in Hutt City, or organisations providing community, cultural, or social services to the Hutt City community, for operating, programme or project costs.
Eligible costs to apply for are volunteer costs, wages, salaries and administration costs. Please ensure that you are applying for these costs when submitting your application.
Applications are considered once a year for grants for a minimum of $1,000 and a maximum of $10,000 per organisation or group.
