Hutt City Council provides two halls and a performing arts theatre in the centre of Hutt City as well as ten community halls in the wider Hutt City area. They are suitable for public displays; civic, educational, cultural and sporting events.

Te Awakairangi Community Resource Centre at 47 Laings Road has 3 rooms available for hire. These are managed by Vera Xu, Settlement and Community Support Officer. Vera is situated in the office on the ground floor of Te Awakairangi, first on the left. She can be contacted on (04) 589 3700.
If we are unable to accommodate your function at one of our civic or community halls there are a number of other spaces for hire in Hutt City. These range from church halls to small meeting rooms. Hutt City Council publish this information on behalf of venue owners. Please contact hirers directly with any questions.
