WALK THE TRAIL

Sunday 28 March, 10am start
Trentham Memorial Park, Bartons Ave entrance, Upper Hutt

A FREE fun, family-friendly 5 or 10km walk along the scenic Hutt River Trail from Trentham Memorial Park to Stokes Valley. 
You can bring your buggy and dogs on leads. Free return transport back to Trentham Memorial Park available.   Sorry, no dogs on bus.

 

Registration opens 9:30am  

Please check-in when you arrive and pick up your brightly coloured wrist band.

 

Park sensibly   

Please follow the instructions of the parking marshals and ensure other cars can exit areas at all times. Carpooling will make it easier.

 

Children under 14  

Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older (one adult to three children).

 

Keep Safe  

Footwear is compulsory. Please be aware of other walkers, dogs and cyclists while on the Hutt River Trail.

 

Water stop after 5km

There will be a water stop at the Stokes Valley finish / turnaround point. Take the chance to have a breather and drink plenty of water, especially if you are walking with young children.

No Exceptions

This event is open to all ages and abilities.
