Multi Sports School Holiday Programme

Venue: Walter Nash Stadium, Tocker St, Taita

Date: 27 September - 8 October 2010

Ages: 5 to 14 years

Cost: $20 per day

Drop-off: 8:30-9am

Pick-up: 3-3:30pm

Bookings open 6 September

Schedule of sport activity for each day of the week

• Please ensure that your child brings lunch, snacks, water bottle, non-marking sneakers and a jacket each day.

• We discourage your child bringing anything that they or you considerable valuable. Hutt City Council does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of payment.

• All medication should be collected and recorded by the programme supervisor and signed by the parent/caregiver on the Medicine Consent Form each day.

• Please clearly name your child’s belongings. Items that are not claimed after 14 days will be donated to charity.

You are required to phone Walter Nash Stadium on (04) 939 6277 before 9:00am on the day if your child will not be attending. Please refer to refund policy for further information.

• Two working days notice must be given to be eligible for a refund prior to the relevant booking. Refunds do not apply to part days.

• If sick, upon receipt of a doctor’s certificate a refund will be given, less an administration fee per child.

• For all changes/transfers or withdrawals a $10 administration fee will be incurred, per child, per day.

• No refunds will be given if a child is removed from the programme for disruptive behaviour.
