Huia Pool Timetable

To check any up and coming pool closures due to late bookings please call the pool office.

NOTE:  Hours may be subject to change at short notice.  Please contact the pool office before you visit.

 

 

Swim memberships:

New swim memberships at all Hutt City Council pools will make it easy to keep fit and cool this summer.

Sign up for a swim membership at any of Hutt City’s six swimming pools and swim all you want for only $9 a week.

If you’re swimming more than twice a week a swim membership is a cost effective option with regular pool admission costing $4.50 for an adult ($3 for a child).

As a special offer, there’s also no joining fee until 2010 (normally $30). The minimum membership period is three months.

 

Liquid Fitness  - (aqua aerobics)

Exercising in water is FUN!!!! There is something about romping around in a pool that makes you feel young and vibrant. We offer a range of Liquid Fitness classes at our pool, click on the link to find out more about Liquid Fitness!

Learn to Swim Programme

SWIM CITY runs a Learn to Swim Programme from 6 months of age through to older adults. If you want to learn to swim, receive stroke correction or be informed on important aspects of safety in and around the water, then this is the programme for you.

 

Huia Pool Tog Shop

Situated inside Huia pool next to reception, our shop caters for all types of swimmers, woman, mans, girls, boys and babies. With a wide range and selection of togs, all sized and colours, plus swimwear for waterpolo players including training suits. You will also find a huge selection of different goggles, caps, nose clips and earplugs. New great stock arriving this month, check out the latest range from Speedo, TYR, Zoggs and Spank.

Pool Hire

Hire Huia Pool for your corporate or social function. Rates start from as little as $75.00 per hour including trained lifeguards.  Please note spa pools are available during normal pool hours only.

Pool Safety Policy

All children under the age of 8 must be Actively Supervised by a caregiver 16 years of age or over. Actively Supervised means watching your children at all times and able to provide immediate assistance.
