Change of Ownership or Occupancy
If your property is sold you have a responsibility to notify the Council of all relevant details of the transaction. This is normally done by the vendor's solicitor. Until the Council is advised of the transfer, the original owner remains responsible for all rates charged.

- Subdivided land is now included. Both the current property and the land subdivision that has reached LT (Land Transfer Plan) stage are displayed. Either can be searched by address.
- Legal descriptions for both current and future properties are displayed on the map and in the tabular data.
- Legal descriptions for flats properties are now displayed.
- Public land is displayed in a light grey translucent shade (Dark green boundary for parks & Dark red boundary for schools, swimming pools & golf courses).
- The image size has been increased and have added a legend to show what is what.
- Water Services, Sewer Services, Reserves have now been included.
