** EDA is Economic Development Agency. Residential, Rural and Community Facilities differential groups are charged a targeted rate per rating unit. Business differential groups are charged this rate, levied on the Capital Value.
Business Properties situated in Jackson Street, Petone are charged an additional rate, levied on the Capital Value, as follows: Properties in Jackson Street Programme Area: 0.05080 Cents in dollar
Properties repaying the cost incurred by the Council in upgrading a privately owned drain are charged a targeted rate of 24.30 cents per dollar of cost incurred (each year for five years).
