Civic Ceremonies and Awards
Hutt City Council civic ceremonies and awards commemorate and celebrate outstanding achievements and contributions within Hutt City.
These include ANZAC Day remembrance, Citizenship Ceremonies, Civic Honours Awards, and the Scholastic Awards.

The Civic Awards are a way of acknowledging people who have contributed their time and energy to voluntary services benefiting residents or organisations in Hutt City.
ANZAC Day is held on the 25 April. It is observed in New Zealand as a day of commemoration for those who died in the service of their country and to honour returned servicemen and women (

These Ceremonies are organised for people residing in the Hutt Valley who want to become New Zealand citizens.
