Making a Nomination

Does someone you know deserve special recognition? If so, please complete and submit a nomination form.

Any individual, community organisation, or similar group can nominate a Hutt City resident or person who lives outside the city, providing the outstanding voluntary service has been wholly or predominantly carried out within Hutt City.

The process is straightforward

• nomination of someone who has made an outstanding voluntary contribution to the community
  
• consideration by the Hutt City Council's Civic Honours Committee
  
• awards presented to recipients at the Civic Awards Ceremony
