COMMUNITRAK™ March 2007
Council has engaged a variety of approaches both to seeking public opinion and to communicating its decisions and programmes to residents and ratepayers. One of these approaches was to commission the National Research Bureau's Communitrak™ survey in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and now again in 2007.
The standard Communitrak™ survey is conducted by telephone with 400 residents of a City or District, but this Communitrak™ survey was conducted by telephone with 506 residents of Hutt City to ensure that adequate bases in each of the six Wards were achieved. The survey is framed on the basis of the Wards, as the elected representatives are associated with a particular Ward. Sampling and analysis are based on six Wards and the interviews are spread as follows:
COMMUNITRAK™ Part 1 (135Kb)
COMMUNITRAK™ Part 2 (144Kb)
COMMUNITRAK™ Part 3 (160kb)
COMMUNITRAK™ Part 4 (106Kb)
