We like being told when we’ve done well and when we haven’t done well. In either case it helps us improve how we treat you and fix your problems.

If you’re unhappy about the way you’ve been treated, or if the problem wasn’t solved to your liking, then we want to know about it.

If you’re happy with how you’ve been treated, or if we did a good job, we’d like to know about that too. 

How to make a complaint or compliment us

If you’ve got a complaint or a compliment:

  1. Tell the person you’ve been dealing with and give them the opportunity to put things right or accept your compliment
  2. If this isn’t appropriate or you’re not happy with their response, ask to speak to their manager
  3. If you’re still not happy or you don’t want to talk to the person or their manager, contact our Customer Services Manager:
