We all know that regular exercise can benefit everybody. It can help manage diabetes, increase mobility and muscle strength, reduce blood pressure, and is also great for osteoporosis and weight loss. But, best of all it’s a great opportunity to meet some new friends and have fun while doing it.
We run a range of fitness classes tailored to suit everyone. From relaxing Pilates to lively Zumba dance workouts, we offer a complete range of fun activities that will keep you as fit as a fiddle. All Hutt City Council classes are delivered by qualified and experienced instructors.
