Attend a practical workshop
Greater Wellington’s Pedal Ready programme runs cycle skills training with qualified instructors. They run workshops in schools and workplaces, or for community groups by request. They regularly hold public workshops for adults in Wellington, and can also run them in the Hutt if there's a demand.
