Bookings for commercial activities
You’ll need our permission to run a commercial activity or sell items from a park, garden or reserve.
How do I get permission for my commercial activity?
Permission can be as simple as receiving a booking confirmation letter of approval from Council (for short term activities), or by applying for a formal licence. Get in touch with us and discuss your application.
Selling items on a long-term basis?
Selling any item from a reserve or park requires permission from Council and may also involve a concession licence. A number of concession licences exist for sports parks, the Petone and Eastbourne Foreshore and Avalon Park.
If you have an idea and wish to sell something from a reserve get in touch with us to discuss your proposal further.
