Public Notification of the Decision on District Plan Change 10 to the City of Lower Hutt District Plan
Clause 10 of the first Schedule – Part 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991
Hutt City Council has made decisions on the submissions and further submissions to Plan Change 10 to the City of Lower Hutt District Plan. The City of Lower Hutt District Plan is deemed to have been amended from Tuesday, 21 October 2008. Plan Change 10 – Amendments to Subdivision Provisions, affect standards and rules and makes minor grammatical corrections within Chapter 11 (Subdivision), introduces a new rule within Chapter 14I (Earthworks) relating to earthworks carried out as part of a subdivision consent, and amends the definition of ‘allotment’ within Chapter 3 (Definitions).
In accordance with clause 11 of the First Schedule of the RMA, Council is serving on every person who made a submission and further submission on Plan Change 10, a copy of its decision on the plan change. These decisions will be available for public inspection at the Council main Administration Building, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt, at all Hutt City Libraries, and on the Council’s website (www.huttcity.govt.nz/districtplan) from Tuesday, 21 October 2008.
