Jubilee Park and Percy Scenic Reserve
Intention to prepare Management Plan
The Hutt City Council gives notice of its intention to prepare a Reserve Management Plan for Jubilee Park and Percy Scenic Reserve, in accordance with Section 41 (5) of the Reserves Act 1977.
Council invites interested individuals, families and organisations to submit written suggestions on the proposed plan by 5pm Tuesday, 20 May 2008. Full consideration of any comments and suggestions will be given when the Draft Reserve Management Plan is prepared.
Consultation on the Draft Plan will be carried out between 3 June and 4 August 2008.
Council’s Strategy and Policy Committee will consider adopting the plan at their regular meeting on 11 September 2008.
