New Bylaws
Hutt City Control of Animals and Fire Prevention Bylaws
Hutt City Council hereby gives notice, in accordance with the provisions of section 157 of the Local Government Act 2002, that at its meeting on 3 June 2008, it formally established, effective 1 August 2008, the following bylaws:
- Hutt City Council Control of Animals Bylaw 2008.
- Hutt City Council Fire Prevention Bylaw 2008.
These 2008 bylaws replace the existing Hutt City Council 1997 Miscellaneous and Fire Prevention Bylaws.
These bylaws will be available from 1 August 2008 online at www.huttcity.govt.nz
or can be viewed at the Council Administration Building at 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt.
