The following meetings will be held during October, November and December 2009, in the Hutt City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt, unless otherwise stated:

Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings and speak for up to 3 minutes each on any matter appearing on the agenda for that meeting during the 30 minutes set aside for public comment at the start of each meeting (excluding the Central/West Community Committee where members of the public can speak on any item provided the matter is not sub judice).
Order papers for the above meetings will be available two working days prior to each meeting on the Council’s website and may also be inspected at the following locations:

Meeting times and venues sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances.
