Urban Plus completes due diligence

Arthur Stewart, Acting Chairman of Urban Plus Limited, has announced that the company has completed the due diligence process to determine whether it will assist with the development at 12 Daly Street. 

“Following a thorough due diligence process, the Urban Plus Limited Board has decided that, for commercial reasons, it is declining the opportunity to provide funding to the development.

“Council has been advised of the Board’s decision.”
