Hutt City’s newest children’s climbing frame, the Spaceball, is sure to have kids reaching for the sky these school holidays.
At 7.2m, the playground feature in Avalon Park is the city’s tallest and replaces the park’s ageing wooden fort structure which will be removed in the coming months.
The climbing frame is located close to the existing playground which Hutt City Council divisional manager parks and gardens Bruce Hodgins says adds an exciting new dimension to the area.
“The Spaceball is sure to be a hit with children of all ages and is already proving a popular addition to Avalon Park.”
