Quitline is a telephone, text and online service than can support you to stop smoking with a personalised plan.
Trained quit advisors can talk you through the three parts of the smoking addiction: chemical, emotional and habitual.

Your family doctor
Talk to your family doctor or nurse if you would like support to quit smoking. They can give you a prescription for NRT, or make a referral for you to Quitline or the Regional Stop Smoking Service.
