Hutt City Council has received an application to convert an existing accessory building into a self-contained dwelling at the above address that does not comply with the minimum net site area, maximum site coverage, and minimum car parking requirements of the District Plan. The proposal is a discretionary activity within the general residential activity area of the city’s District Plan.
The application is in two parts for easier viewing: Part 1 (the application, PDF 2.3MB) and Part 2 (plans, approval of affected persons, photos and site coverage information, PDF 1.8MB). It can also be viewed at the consents counter of Council’s offices, 30 Laings Rd, Lower Hutt.
