With a fitness suite membership you get the best of both worlds. You have access to both of our modern fitness suites which also includes entry to any one of our six Hutt City swimming pools.
We have a range of exercise options to suit all levels which include free group fitness classes for our members, assessment, programmes and motivational training. Swiss Ball class
Improve muscle tone, strength, balance and coordination with a series of fun and challenging exercises.
Combat Fitness
A mixed martial arts session with a combination of boxing, karate and Muay Thai, this class is for everyone. Go at your own pace – low impact or high intensity.
Fitness Assessments and Programmes
Make the most of our 12-step pre-exercise programme, starting at beginner’s level and moving through to advanced. We’ll take your weight, measurements, blood pressure and work out your fitness level. Then we’ll talk to you about your fitness goals and provide you with a programme that is designed to assist you in achieving your goals.
Leisure Active fitness suite circuit
Our friendly staff and experienced trainers will set you up with the correct weights, and teach you how to monitor and record your progress on a personal workout card. Let our trainers guide you through the equipment in under 30 minutes.
Mums and Bubs
Designed for mums, who want to unwind, lose weight and improve their fitness with their bubs in tow.
