My Rates online help

How do I register for Rates Online?

Click the log in link on the rates homepage and then the register now link on the my rates homepage.  You’ll be taken to the registration page where you need to complete the fields and click submit

What happens if I change my email address?

If you change your email address please call us on 570-6666.  We’ll update your records with your new email address.

What is Rates Online?

Rates online is a portal that allows you to keep up to date with your HCC rate account. Rates online allows you to

  • View actual bills past & present
  • View and update your personal details
  • Make payments

What software do I need installed to view my invoices?

If you’re a PC user, then all you need is adobe acrobat reader.  If you’re a Mac user we recommend you use the default PDF viewing application that comes with your Mac for best compatibility

What happens if I’ve forgotten my username and password?

If you’ve forgotten your Username or Password click on the Forgot Username or Password link on the Rates Online homepage and follow the instructions on the forgotten username or password page.

When can I login after completing my registration?

Once you have received the register email response.

Why do I need to register to access Rates Online?

You need to register as Rates Online contains information about you and your relationship with us that only you should have access to.

I’ve got more than one property w HCC – Can I see them all with one login?

If you have more that one property w HCC you can view all properties under one login.  To have a single login you need to ensure we’ve linked your properties.  If, when you login, you’re unable to see all your properties simply call us on 570-6666.

How do I change my password?

Click the Change My Password link under the My Account details.
