Weed prevention
Chemical weed control is carried throughout the public roads as part of our preventative maintenance programme. All weed control is carried out by certified, professional weed control contractors. Weeds growing in the joints and cracks found in footpaths, driveways (on public roads only) and in the kerb and channel must be kept under control in order to prevent damage.
Request for no weed spray
If you would like the road reserve area in front of your property to be designated a ‘No Spray’ area, please send us a request confirming your intent to maintain this area so that it may be excluded from the weed spraying programme.
