District Plan change 29 proposes allowing a greater range of activities, including residential, commercial, retail and some industrial uses.
Gina Sweetman of Sweetman Planning Services will give tips and advice on how to prepare a good submission as well as outline how the submissions stage fits within the wider process defined by the Resource Management Act 1991. The workshop is not intended to discuss the merits or otherwise of the plan change.
The workshop is on July 18 at the Petone Rugby Clubrooms, starting at 7pm.
