Utilities are essential infrastructure, such as telecommunication facilities, transmission lines, roading and pipes for fuel and water. Council is in the early stages of reviewing its utilities provisions.
The forum is an opportunity for people to voice their issues, suggestions and questions about how utilities are currently managed in the District Plan.
The forum is open to all, and will be held from 7–9pm on 26 November, at the Silverstream Retreat’s ‘Forest Glade’ room.
