Proposed Plan Change 24 proposed to rezone the land at 1-13 Ludlam Crescent to General Residential Activity Area - Medium Density.  The entire site is currently zoned Suburban Commercial Activity Area and until approximately 3 years ago was occupied by a Mobil Petrol Station.
