Stokes Valley Pool+Fitness has modern equipment, varied classes and friendly, trained staff. A Swim+Gym membership also gives you access to all of Hutt City Council’s pools and fitness facilities citywide, which you won’t find at any other gym.

HIIT trainings are a 30 minute class of mostly bodyweight exercises. It is fast-paced interval training which will build your strength, condition your body and improve your endurance.
SGT (Small Group Training) classes use a range of exercises, techniques, movement patterns and equipment, including TRX suspension straps.
