Be prepared for strong winds on the hilltops and for sudden weather changes. Wear warm clothes, strong shoes or boots and carry a waterproof jacket at all times of the year. Tracks can be slippery when wet. Take drinking water and highenergy food. Read the information boards at track entrances and please obey the signs. Let someone know your intended route and return time. Look out for these Walkway signs to show tracks and trails.
