You can hire the Eastbourne Hall for:

• children's birthday parties
• workshops
• seminars
• meetings.

Note: You have to pay a bond of $150 once your booking has been confirmed. This is fully refundable if you leave the hall clean and tidy. If you don't, we have the right to keep the bond to pay for cleaning and replacing damaged equipment.

You cannot hire the Hardwick Smith Lounge for:

• Noise restriction in place
• Alcohol requests to be discussed at time of booking
• No 16th or 18th birthday parties involving alcohol
• No music after midnight

Note: Smoking is not allowed.

You'll have to let us know in the online booking form if you're planning on having alcohol at your event. We have the right to decline your booking.
