Parking tickets with an infringement date on or after 5 May 2026 (tickets starting with T) must be paid or appealled in our new parking tickets portal. Visit parkingtickets.huttcity.govt.nz for these tickets.

Please enter the infringement number on your parking ticket in full (eg.1234567) and your car registration. Then click 'Continue'.

Appealing a parking ticket

To appeal a parking ticket with an infringement date before 5 May 2026, please fill out an Appeal a parking ticket form.

Dog infringements

Your dog number is on the notice you have received (not the number on the tag). Dog infringement numbers are either "1234" or "DG1234", please check the infringement notice.

Litter infringements

Litter infringement numbers are 6 digit numbers in the format of "000012". Please enter all leading zeros.

Noise infringements

Noise infringement numbers consist of 8 digits in the format of "RM123123".

Resource Management infringement number is in the format of "RM123123".

Information you provide to us in this way is kept securely in Hutt City Council information systems and only accessed by the appropriate teams.
