We’re upgrading our call centre system to provide you with an enhanced service when you contact Hutt City Council. This new system will improve how we handle calls and ensure you get the help you need.
As part of the transition, we will be offline for a short period of time as our call lines move across to the new system.

- When? The outage will last 30-60 minutes and will occur on the morning of Wednesday 30th April
- What this means? During the outage, you won’t be able to contact us via phone. If you need help or assistance –We will be offering a call back service during this time,please email us at contact@huttcity.govt.nz. You can also visit your local Neighbourhood Hub or Library, where our team will be available to assist you in person.
