About this plan change
District Plan Change 15 rezoned two parcels of Council owned land on the corner of Poto Road in Normandale as General Residential Activity Area. The land had previously been identified as road in the District Plan and had no zoning.
The plan change enabled subdivision and development of the site for residential activity to the extent provided for by the General Residential Activity Area provisions of the District Plan.
