About this plan change
Proposed Plan Change 28 proposed to zone a parcel of Council owned land at the intersection of Parkside Road and Bell Road South in Gracefield as General Business Activity Area. Previously, the land was identified as road in the District Plan and had no zoning. Council initiated the process of stopping the legal road on this site and the plan change ensured that the land has a zoning when the legal road was stopped, and that this zoning is consistent with the current use and the zoning of adjoining properties.
