About this plan change
Proposed Plan Change 26 proposed to rezone part of the property at 30 Shaftesbury Grove, Stokes Valley (Lot 2 DP 433614, Certificate of Title 527910) which is owned by Urban Plus Ltd (a Council Controlled Organisation) as General Residential Activity Area. The land was previously zoned as General Recreation Activity Area.
The plan change enabled subdivision and development of part of the site for residential activity to the extent provided for by the General Residential Activity Area provisions of the District Plan. The remaining part of the site was retained as General Recreation Activity Area.
