About this plan change
District Plan Change 21 rezoned the northern part of a parcel of Council-owned land at 54 Oakleigh Street, Maungaraki (Lot 2 DP 33083, Certificate of Title WN 27A/676) as General Residential Activity Area. The land was previously zoned as General Recreation Activity Area. The change enabled subdivision and development of the northern part of the site for residential activity to the extent provided for by the General Residential Activity Area provisions of the District Plan. The southern part of the site remained as General Recreation Activity Area.
