About this plan change
District Plan Change 16 updated the wording of the notification rules of the plan and ensures that the rules are effective and appropriate for administering the District Plan as well as ensuring consistency with the current legislative requirements. The opportunity was also taken to make minor, miscellaneous corrections that have no policy implications.
