About this plan change
District Plan Change 13 introduces two new chapters to the plan: 14J Temporary Activities and 14K Filming. In addition, there are minor changes to the rules in Chapters 3 (Definitions), 7A (General Recreation), 7C (River Recreation) and 14A (Transport).
