About this plan change
District Plan Change 31 rezoned the land at 33 Atiawa Crescent, Waiwhetu to General Residential Activity Area. The land was previously within the General Recreation Activity Area. The plan change enabled subdivision and development of the site for residential activity to the extent provided for by the General Residential Activity Area provisions of the District Plan.
