Insurance requirements for events

When running an event, it is important you arrange your own liability insurance. Events organised by third parties are not covered under Council’s insurance, and Council does not accept any liability for claims that may arise from such events.

We strongly recommend that you speak with your insurance provider to ensure you have appropriate coverage in place.
