Deemed Permitted Boundary Activity | If you are proposing a structure/building that breaches only a boundary rule in the District Plan, and the relevant adjoining properties are privately owned. | Use the Permitted Boundary Activity form. National Environmental Standard (NES) | If you trigger a National Environmental Standard rule. A NES Regulation is a set of national rules separate to the District Plan (e.g. plantation forestry, contaminated soils).
