GIS and Maps outage
The Hairdressing Regulations 1980 were revoked by Parliament on the 31 July 2025. This means that hairdressing premises no longer require a Certificate of Registration from Council in order to operate.
The Ministry for Regulation has since issued guidelines for operators of hairdressing premises to follow.
